Big Disappointment

So last night Tia and I had been out on the town. We had talked beforehand and decided that we could get home no later then 9:30 to ensure that we got our Office fix for the week. Shortly before arriving home I realized that there would be no Office because of the splendor of the winter olympics. What made matters even worse was the fact that Men's Figure skating was the featured sport for the evening. What could be worse then that? Is there a single sport on the face of the earth where there is a higher concentration of homosexuals participating(not that there is anything wrong with that)? But the last thing that I want to watch is a bunch of gay dudes, wearing tights, jumping around with packages flopping in every direction imaginable.

On another note, how disappointing was it that Arrested Development has finally come to an end. Why did this show never catch on? Is it because the humor actually requires some thought, and people are so accustomed to laugh tracks or studio audiences that they don't know what is funny without the MAN telling them. I thought that the 2 hour finale was great but I was seriously shocked when I read an article that said that Malcolm in the Middle had a better audience then arrested. I guess we can all just watch stellar programming like Skating with Celebrities, 7th Heaven, and Boston Legal(which has got to be the worst show on TV).
